Great Notion Filly Trounces The Boys In Hall of Fame Stakes at CT

12/06/2008- GREAT NOTION’s juvenile daughter GONNA DASH showed her heels to a field of boys in the Charles Town Races and Slots Hall of Fame Cup Stakes on Dec. 6, scoring by two lengths in a frontrunning effort. GONNA DASH is the first stakes winner for GREAT NOTION, the Mid-Atlantic region’s leading freshman sire!
Owned by James Lewis and bred in the name of his Lewisfield Farm, Maryland-bred GONNA DASH burst on the scene in November with a sensational, 12-plus-length maiden special weight victory at Charles Town over fillies. The Jeff Runco trainee has two wins and a second in three starts, for earnings of $67,400.
